Drying Motor Thread Tension Set

The Custom Fly Rod Crafters' drying motor chuck is Made In The USA and is machined from high grade aluminum. It has 3 thumb screws for securing your blank or butt section. The motor is 115VAC/4.8rpm with a corded on/off switch for convenience. This motor and chuck was designed for drying only and not for applying the rod finish or wrapping thread on a blank. The motor & chuck is mounted on a Plexiglas stand which should be clamped to your work bench or table. Also includes a Plexiglas 2-spool thread tensioner which acts as a steady rest when rotating your rod.
