Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Custom Fly Rod Crafters reserves the right to a 10% restocking fee on all returns and all items must be returned in original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. Please note that shipping and handling will not be refunded and special orders cannot be returned.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If you opted not to create an account, simply pick up the phone and contact us at 1-505-340-3481 for return authorization.

International Shipping
- We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
- Note that there are restrictions on some products (such as length or weight), and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. After you have placed your order through our webstore, we will send you a separate shipping invoice to avoid overcharging you.
- Duties, taxes and shipping are not included in this total and will be due upon receipt. Your order will require custom clearance for delivery and customs duties are assessed on the declared value of the goods shipped and the customer/recipient is liable for all customs duties and taxes.
- International shipments are subject to customs duties/taxes imposed on goods when transported across international borders. Customs duties protect each country's economy, residents, jobs, environment, etc., by controlling the flow of goods, into and out of the country.
